Garai-tombstone

1380-85
Red marble, 230 x 127 x 19 cm

The damaged tombstone was discovered in 1987 during the excavation in the choir of the Franciscan church at Siklós. On basis of the coat-of-arms representing two snakes it was identified as the tombstone of Palatine Miklós Garai.
