The sculptural decoration of the Chapter Room in the Benedictine (former Franciscan) Monastery is outstanding in the sculpture of the period. On the seven top-stones of the vaulting the Agnus Dei, the symbols of the four Evangelists, a pelican and an angel represent the celestial sphere, while the single and double figures on the consols the sins.
