Painter. He studied in Vienna, Düsseldorf and Munich. He exhibited his genre paintings (Girl Feeding the Poultry, A Politician from Laábi etc.) in Vienna and Pest. He was involved in portrait painting as well (Ferenc Deák, Mihály Mosonyi), and in 1885 he painted the ceiling decoration of the Szeged Theatre.
