Painter. Originally he was a chemist and started painting only later. He and Vilmos Aba-Novák established and jointly operated paint factory for a short while. He worked together with Károly Patkó in Felsőbánya (Baia Sprie, Romania). His works were primarily influenced by Vilmos Aba-Novák's style.
