Four Virtues

c. 1490
Fresco
Hall of János Vitéz, Castle, Esztergom

On the northern wall of the hall, traditionally called Hall of János Vitéz, the standing figures of the four virtues (Prudence, Temperance, Fortitude and Justice) can be found. It is assumed that the Four Virtues were executed by Master Albert of Florence.
