KONDOR, György
(1921-1944)

Painter, graphic artist. The story of Kondor's life and his oeuvre is short, but full of promise. He lived a mere twenty-three years. At the end of the thirties, as a Communist intellectual with a Marxist approach, he became a member of the Group of Socialist Artists. He died as a political prisoner in Dachau.
