KLÉH, János
(1881, Makó - 1919, Budapest)



Painter. He pursued his studies under the guidance of Ede Balló and László Hegedűs in the Budapest School of Design then he moved to the Colony of Artists at Szolnok in 1908 and lived there until the end of his life. He was a representative of the naturalist movement. In 1910 he organised a collective exhibition of his works in the Budapest Művészház. Some of his pictures are now kept in the Hungarian National Gallery.
