Medal sculptor and art collector born in Upper Hungary (Slovakia). He studied at academies in Vienna and Italy under the guidance of Canova, among others. Many of this Hungarian-related medals are well known (Ferenc Bene, Ferenc Toldy, Hungarian Academy of Sciences, etc.).
